I was born and raised near Cambridge, England. I was always drawn to biology, nutrition and chemistry, so it was no surprise when I followed the path of esthetics and massage. Fortunately, I was able to attend The Cambridge School of Beauty Therapy where I attained my certifications.

I was hired to set up and run a salon in Cambridge, which gave me the opportunity to combine my business skills with my technical skills.

In 1993 I moved to America and eventually settled in Minnesota. My journey led me to one of the most respected spas in Minnesota. As the Spa Director I was responsible for hiring and training the estheticians and massage therapists at multiple locations.

Currently, I am the National Trainer - Spa Services at Lifetime Fitness. This role enables me to still service my clients and stay close to my work. I am located at the remodeled Crosstown location.

I have spent my life studying and perfecting my skill and feel fortunate to have been given the gift of “healing hands”. I also feel blessed to get up and work each day in a profession that I have so much passion for. I am constantly learning and see each opportunity as a gift.

Personal Interests

I enjoy running and cycling. I participate in half and full marathons. I am a member of Minnesota Distance Running Association (MDRA) and Lifetime Fitness. I also belong to Birchwood Cycling Club and Twin Cities Bicycling Club (TCBC). Many of my vacations are spent taking cycling trips or trail running, hiking and mountain biking. I love adventure and exploring different countries while doing athletic activities is a true passion.
